-standing ab pulldowns 4x12
-leg press close stance resting weight on pins each rep. 6x8 really good warmup.
-squat raw with 1 raw(used knee wraps so only 1 raw) 415x2,465x2,505x2,555x2,595x2
-two hand kb swings worked up to 106lbx10x2
