I have to take a small break from the sled until my calves and hips recover.Two straight weeks was alittle much. Did 60 am Stepmill and 50pm Stepmill
Monday Pump-
The guys were doing heavy bench ing with chains and I had no gas for it plus it was suppose to be a deload week for them with a meet coming up in Sept. Dale was the only smart one and did some BS work with me.
-Dumbells to 100sx10x5 sets
-rear delt pec deck. Managed half the stack with both arms. Before my right arm was the only one that could do the whole stack 4 sets
-Standing rows with Long Ab Strap 4x10-quarter dips 4 sets.
-Standing Long ab strap pulldowns for 5x10 adn long ab strap side bends for 4 sets. Gotta bring those abs otu you know.
