Dave Tate machine training. -Started with rows and curls with the ez bar. 3 rounds each. Did the rows holding the plates.
-Cable crossover rear delts and one arm tricep pusdown palm up 4 rounds each
-Pec Deck 5 or 6 sets of 10
4 sets of machine press.
-Ran out of time and it was crappy training anyhow.
