-Back to squatting some. Put the briefs on for straight bar work. Worked up to 600x2x2sets, 645x2x2 sets
-rack pulls close at knee. Got into it alittle here 4 platex3,5platex3,6 platex3,7 platex1 with straps. nose started bleeding on this rep as it was sllloooww!probablly should have not done it but it was bull thing. felt somethings straining that have not been there for a bit.
-rev hypers 4x10
about 240lb currently
