Weekend Training and whatnot

-Had the guilts knowing I am heading to Dallas this upcoming weekend for The Europa Super SHow. Spud Inc. will have a booth there with all our stuff on display. HAts, shirts, straps,etc. THere is aPL meet going on to so if you are there,stop by and see Spud Ultra Light. I would greatly appreaciate it!

We had Trey Brewer is this weekend. His promoter lives in town so I said wha the hell. He is one giant dude. Arms bigger then 3lb protein jugs and legs as big around as 300 Spud's waist. He was a super nice guy and we ahd a good time. He hit 500x6 pretty easy and then wore out my 150s for several sets of reps.HIs chick works for Gaspari and was hot but down to Earth. GOod day all around-

Determined t sleepSat night, I took a Ambien, 2.5 sleeping pills and a xanax. Slept like a10 hours. Got up at 6am and took off to do my cardio. Nothing special agian. I am letting the diet finish off the fat right now and easying up on the cardio,still 2 hours but nothing hard. -35 mins stepmill-25 rower-30 mins treadmill on 15% incline(have not done this in 10 years at at least)-Finished up with 20 on the bike.-Packed up for the show and went home to watch the clock every 2.5 hours to eat. Long days on low carb.
